14-0302 Approval by the Board of Education of Agreement for Architectural Services between District and Cody Anderson Wasney (CAW) Architects, Palo Alto, CA, for the latter to "renovate the Foster Elementary School site into a Central Kitchen and Commissary, teaching kitchen, and urban farm based on the "Rethinking School Lunch," Food Nutrition District Master Plan, this facility will require approximately 45,000 square feet of space and will be designed as a bulk, cook-chill facility that utilizes fresh, natural foods with minimal processing; the facility will be sized to receive and store incoming food products and then prepare approximately 6.7 million meals annually for distribution to the OUSD school sites", in conjunction with the Central Commissary Foster Elementary School Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing February 26, 2014 and concluding no later than June 26, 2018 in an amount not to exceed $3,495,760.00.

14-0304 Approval by the Board of Education of Small Design Contract between District and Gelfand Partners Architectures, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to "provide design and construction documents for installation of two (2) leased classroom portables to be placed adjacent to the portables installed on the site in 2013. The trench and utilities serving the existing portables will be brought to the new portables. Any additional civil work such as grading or repaving beyond the necessary landings for the new ramps.
