14-0311 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and KDI Consultants, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional Division of State Architect inspections; Ceraclad testing and other services, as described in the Scope of Work, in conjunction with the La Escuelita (MetWest) Educational Center Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $150,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $565,532.00 to $725,532.00 and extending the Contract date of June 1, 2012 through August 1, 2014 to December 31, 2015. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
