14-0310 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and First Alarm, Aptos, CA, for the latter to provide additional monitoring, daily communications tests and open and close reporting on the systems in conjunction with the District-Wide Fire Alarm Monitoring Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $81,800.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $158,000.00 to $239,800.00 and extending the Contract date of October 26, 2011 through June 30, 2013 to June 30, 2014. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
