14-0303 Approval by the Board of Education of Agreement for Architectural Services between District and Gelfand Partners Architectures, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide services for the seismic upgrade and associated modernization of the existing academic building, demolition of existing auditorium and construction of ten classrooms, library administration, music and multipurpose space. From design to close-out, in conjunction with the Whittier Elementary School Expansion-New Construction Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing February 26, 2014 and concluding no later than December 1, 2016 in an amount not to exceed $1,995,000.00.
