14-0309 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and Urban Design Consulting Engineers, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide extended Construction Administration and Close-out support for Division of State Architect approval in conjunction with the Sobrante Park Elementary School Landscape Improvement Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $3,250.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $134,400.00 to $137,650.00 and extending the Contract date of February 9, 2012 through January 31, 2013 to May 15, 2014. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
