14-1130 Approval by the Board of Education of the Agreement between the District and Education for Change ("EFC") for the rehabilitation of the Lazear Campus by authorizing EFC to submit an application for California School Facility Program ("CSFP") funds to rehabilitate the Lazear campus which is currently used by EFC to accommodate Lazear Charter Academy; more specifically, if the CSFP funds are granted, EFC will rehabilitate the existing portables numbered 2-21, 29, and 30, and to replace the portables with a permanent structure, at no cost to the District.
