14-0990 Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between the District and Ninyo & Moore, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide materials testing, special inspection services, field observations, geotechnical consulting and field reports, in conjunction with the Elmhurst Middle School Paving Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing May 29, 2014 and concluding no later than December 31, 2014 in an amount not to exceed $20,822.00.
