14-1087 Adoption by Board of Education of directive to Superintendent Antwan Wilson to organize Central Administration leadership structures, departmental functions, and staffing allocations in a manner that will accelerate OUSD's progress toward advancing the Board of Education's two strategic priorities: 1. Establish and implement a comprehensive system for teacher training, collaboration, and evaluation that effectively informs and enhances instructional practice in the classroom, and contributes to the increased retention and professional growth of teachers. 2. Implement the Board Policy on Quality School Development. The Superintendent shall present his Central Administration organization plan to the Board of Education no later than October 22, 2014.
