We are all horrified at the genocide which is unfolding in Gaza. Hundreds of schools in Gaza have been bombed and precious elementary-aged children, like Rheem (soul of my soul) and Hind have been unalived by the IOF. As leaders in our school communities, our concern for children does not end at our school gates, and because of our position as administrators who are responsible for their safety, wellbeing, and education, we are uniquely positioned to speak in defense of children facing crimes against humanity.
