V.-16 22-0790 Adoption by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 2122-0159 - Approving Amendment No. 02, Grant Contract No. CSPP-1021-02, by and between District and the California Department of Education, for the latter providing funding for California State Preschool Program, operated by the Eary Childhood Education Department, increasing Contract Maximum Reimbursable Amount (MRA) from $13,176,194.00 to $16,119,000, replacing the Maximum Rate per child day of enrollment payable pursuant to the provisions of the agreement shall be $55.43 with Effective January 1, 2022, the service county reimbursement rate as provided in https://www.cde.ca.gov/fg/aa/cd/documents/csppcontractrateattb.xlsx is applicable to the sites, as located in the service counties, approved by the Early Education Division and indicated in the Child Development Management Information System (CDMIS). All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
