V.-33 21-1108 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Agreement between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide additional staff to support students with severe behavior and social emotional challenges, meet students individually and help them to solve their problems; supervise and teach students physical education skills during recess and lunch breaks; during distance learning, support and monitor students during teachers zoom instruction; assist with daily attendance, contacting students and parents if not logged into class, and to make sure all students come back to class after breaks; provide students in small group instruction in math and reading, and support teachers with small groups for testing and assessments, at Futures Elementary School, for the period of August 10, 2020 through May 28, 2021, in the additional amount of $15,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $12,000.00 to $27,000.00.
