V.-34 21-1112 Approval by the Board of Education of Summer Programming Addendum to Memorandum of Understanding 2020-2021 (MOU) between the District and Safe Passages, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 20 days of programming during Summer 2021, Mondays through Fridays, every school day from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Coliseum College Preparatory Academy as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in an additional amount of $20,800.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $161,877.00 to $182,677.00, for the period August 1, 2020 through July 31, 2021. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
