15-1461 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Small Architectural Design Contract between District and Murakami/Nelson, Oakland, CA, for the latter to prepare construction documents to implement agency regulations for structural seismic retrofit, fire alarm upgrades and health department requirements; attend community engagement meetings, and provide other services as specified, in conjunction with the Kaiser Elementary School Finishing Kitchen Upgrade Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $63,855.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $83,585.00 to $147,440.00 and extending the Contract date of October 23, 2014 through December 31, 2015 to June 1, 2017. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
