15-1485 Acceptance by the Board of Education of Report on Emergency Contract - Claremont Middle School related to the procurement of temporary kitchen facilities work during repair of cafeteria building at Claremont Middle School which was severely damaged by a fire on February 16, 2015; as provided in Public Contract Code Section 22050 and Board Resolution 1415-1105 approved on April 22, 2015, during the pendency of the emergency, requiring District staff to report on the status of the emergency until the Board terminates the emergency action.
