14-0606 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1 to Construction Contract with McGuire & Hester, Oakland, CA, approving with latter a deductive change order for credit towards the construction contingency in closing out the project in conjunction with the Washington Elmentary School Small Schools Project in the amount of -$40,130.00, decreasing the Agreement from $779,300.00 to $739,170.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.

14-0607 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1 to Construction Contract with Wickman Development & Construction, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide a GFCI receptacle near the sink casework; provide liquid tight flex conduit for fire alarm and intrusion alarm in conjunction with the Washington (Sankofa) Portable Installation Project in the additional amount of $12,513.00, increasing the Agreement from $245,500.00 to $267,013.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
