13-2205 Approval by the Board of Education of Educational Organization Contract, including attached Addendum, between District and YMCA of the East Bay, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an instructional program known as YMCA Outdoor School at Camp Arroyo; lodging and meals; program curriculum may include lessons designed around sustainable living; learning about the camp's eco-design and integrating conservation into pupils daily lives; organic gardening; freshwater ecology and water conservation; and learning about the native Ohlone people's culture through hands-on activities, for various District elementary schools, for the period September 1, 2013 through June 30, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $93,692.00 per fiscal year.

13-2207 Approval by the Board of Education of an Educational Organization Contract, including attached Addendum, between District and Nature Bridge, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide food and lodging during the daily school desired curriculum activities aligned with California state science standards program for students and teachers, as well as trained staff, instructional materials and supplies as required for implementation of the program, and other services specified in Contract, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Headlands Institute, for the period September 1, 2013 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed the chosen Rates/Tuition schedules attached to the Contract and at a cumulative cost, all schools, not to exceed $85,000.00 per fiscal year.

13-2052 Approval by the Board of Education of Community Based Organization Master Contract between District and County of Alameda - Behavioral Health Care Services, Oakland, CA, accepting funding from and for the latter to provide School-Based Mental Health Consultation, via the Family, School and Community Partnership Department, to enhance the capacity of schools to address social, emotional, and behavioral learning needs of students to promote a positive school climate that identifies and addresses student behavioral health needs and is supportive of students at risk for serious mental health issues; promote partnerships with teachers, parents, and other providers to create a school environment that fosters healthy social emotional development through a continuum of prevention, early intervention, and tertiary services for students and families; professional development for teachers and administrators, direct parent and teacher consultation, coordination among District departments and service providers to align available resources and supports, and targeted intervention for individual children through the provision of regionally supervised Mental Health Interns, for the period of July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013, in an amount not to exceed $168,500.00.
