13-2051 Approval by the Board of Education of Expanded Learning Time Program (ELT) Agreement, including attached Addendum, between Citizen Schools, Inc., Boston, MA, Reach Institute for School Leadership, Oakland, CA and the District, with Citizen Schools and Collaborator (Reach) working together to implement the ELT Program for middle school students at Elmhurst Community Preparatory School, in which Citizen Schools provides academic and enrichment services to students during the extended learning day which is after-school and not part of the School's instructional day, with all parties obligations defined, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2015 at no cost to the District.
