16-0273 Approval by the Board of Education of a directive to the Superintendent of Schools to assess the feasibility of placing a District parcel tax measure and/or bond measure on the November 2016 General Election Ballot to continue the District's facilities modernization program and/or to raise local revenue to support salary increases for employees at school sites, provide teachers with additional compensation for extra work at hard-to-staff schools and in hard-to-fill subject areas, and increase teacher training, resources and classroom support, including social and emotional support for students, technology, innovation, and accountability with mandatory citizen oversight. The Superintendent shall report back to the Board at the April 27, 2016 Board Meeting.

16-0196 Ratification by Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between District and Peter Mummert, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide 71.5 additional hours of working with Office of Accountability Partners to develop and maintain tools to track, monitor, analyze, and report data; summarize public, non-public and central sites to better inform decision making related to both internal and external departmental processes and procedures; collect and input data for public and non-public as part of the preparation for a multitude of reporting requirements; develop macros, spreadsheets and presentations documents as requested by the Office of Accountability Partners Director and Coordinators for individual projects including budget development, program improvement, school accountability report card and private school management, for the term July 15, 2015 through June 30, 2016, in an additional amount not to exceed $20,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $51,676.97 to $71,676.97.

Automatic definition deployment rules for SCEP; 6) Package and deploy software to be made available in SCCM software center/application catalog for end user initiated installation; 7) Troubleshoot software update failures; 8) Train Service Desk agent on software installation and basic troubleshooting on software installation failures; 9) Knowledge transfer for SCCM SUP components and 10) Knowledge transfer for application packaging, for the Technology Services Department, for the period of December 23, 2015 through June 30, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $5,525.00.
