    Dear OUSD
I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the potential loss of Arcelia Gonzales Arcelia plays a VERY important role at my daughter’s school, ICS. The school community would NOT be the same without her. Over the past 3 school years, I have had the opportunity to get to know her, & through her guidance I have learned so much about the school system & how parents can actively support both our schools & our children. She consistently provides valuable information to families and ensures that parents feel informed and involved. Whenever I have a question, 95% of the times she has the answer. If not she follows up within minutes. Her dedication, responsiveness, and commitment to families truly make a difference. Please carefully consider the impact her absence would have on our school community and on families. As both a parent and an employee of OUSD, this situation deeply concerns me. Arcelia is an asset to our district, and her work is invaluable.
    Sincerely,
    Juana Peña
