15-2111 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Ronald Williams II, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Capital Assets and General Risk Management Services including but not limited to assisting in the development of policies and procedures for the District's capital assets program to ensure compliance with Board Policies and state and federal regulations; provide programmatic and analytical support in the areas of capital assets; assist in the development of short and long-range plans for risk management staffing including the development of and revisions to current and proposed job descriptions; and perform other duties as assigned, for the period September 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $77,000.00.
