13-2314 Approval of Amendment No. 2 of the Memorandum of Agreement between District and Corporation for National and Community Service, AmeriCorps VISTA, Washington, D.C., for the latter to provide volunteers to District to support capacity building in alignment with the District Strategic Plan focusing on developing insurance enrollment programs, building outreach and engagement plan for extended learning, create communication structures related to community schools, and develop an indoor air quality process for the District, extending the MOA period from August 16, 2013 through November 30, 2013 to January 25, 2014. All other terms and conditions of the MOA remain in full force and effect.
