T.-2 22-2061 Approval by the Board of Education of a General Services Agreement by and between the District and ACC Environmental Consultants, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide environmental services which consist of soil sampling and testing of soils for lead and arsenic and soil waste characterization, conducting data review, report writing and consulting services, with Basic Services including all work described in the August 2, 2022 proposal, which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A, for the Oakland Academy of Knowledge at Howard Elementary School Site Improvements Project, in a not-to-exceed amount of $7,760.50, which includes a not-to-exceed amount of $705.50 for Additional Services, with the work scheduled to commence on September 29, 2022, and scheduled to last until December 29, 2022.

T.-3 22-2084 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and G & G Builders, Inc., Livermore, CA, for the latter to perform additional construction services which includes Asphalt Patching, Removal and replace concrete rat slab at Old Kindergarten area, for the East Oakland Pride Elementary School Playmatting & Structure Project, more definitively stated in said Change Order, in the amount of $32,486.36, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $596,516.00 to $629,002.36. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
