T.-3 22-2084 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and G & G Builders, Inc., Livermore, CA, for the latter to perform additional construction services which includes Asphalt Patching, Removal and replace concrete rat slab at Old Kindergarten area, for the East Oakland Pride Elementary School Playmatting & Structure Project, more definitively stated in said Change Order, in the amount of $32,486.36, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $596,516.00 to $629,002.36. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
