V.-31 20-2477 Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Performance Fact, Oakland, CA, after four years of design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a number of promising practices at the Lockwood Elementary School Campus, through the School Improvement Grant, at the Network level, and at the LEA (Oakland USD) level, for the latter to provide three strands: Strand #1: Assess SIG's Impact Assess and document "what we did, what difference it made, what we learned" during the years of SIG implementation at the Lockwood Campus, Network, and LEA levels, including compilation and analysis of evidence such as: artifacts, video/photos, interviews and surveys, student outcome data, impact on/of teaching, learning, leadership, and operations; . Strand #2: Design for Post-SIG Sustainability Codify core tools and processes, including full documentation in digital formats (e.g., Google Suite) that ensure easy access and wide dissemination, and facilitators who would possess the knowledge and skills to serve as trainers for others regarding the core tools and processes; and Strand #3: Focus Implementation in COVID-19 Era Provide technical assistance regarding implementation of the specific 2020- 2021 annual priorities (i.e., work plan) at the Lockwood Campus, the Network, and the LEA, with adjustments for the COVID-19 environment, via Network 4, for the period of December 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $195,000.00.
