20-1741 Hosted Software License Agreement - Be A Mentor - Technology Services
P.-2 20-1742 Ratification by the Board of Education of Professional Services Agreement 2020-21 No-Cost and California Student Data Privacy Agreement between District and Oakland Public Education Fund, Oakland, CA, for the latter through its Tech Exchange Project to administer a Tech Check survey to District families, using agreed upon survey questions to determine families need for devices; in partnership with District, distribute Tech Exchange technological devices to District families, based on need as identified in the Tech Check survey; reconcile Tech Exchange data against District data, and, based on that reconciliation, Tech Exchange will inform District which of its students received computers and Wi-Fi hotspots distributed through the OaklandUndivided consortium to students/families in the Oakland community; and, as set forth in the Data Sharing Agreement executed concurrently, the Parties will mutually exchange data for the purposes and in the manner specified therein, via the Technology Services Department, for the term August 3, 2020 through June 30, 2021, at no cost.

P.-5 20-1673 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement for Engineering Services between the District and Ninyo & Moore, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional operations and maintenance (O&M) consulting services which consists of out-of-scope tasks that have been completed, which includes Task 1, 2, 3 & Task 4, and additional tasks that are planned to be completed in 2020, as described in Exhibit A attached hereto, for the LaEscuelita Educational Center Project, in an additional amount of $28,189.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $48,340.00 to $76,529.00, authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same and extending time of Agreement from January 23, 2020 through December 31, 2020 to June 30, 2021. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
