P.-6 20-1703 Approval by the Board of Education of General Services Agreement between the District and Project Support Services, Orange, CA, for the latter to provide Division of the State Architect (DSA) close out and certification assistance on current and new projects for all K-12 and higher Education projects, according to DSA standards, including all work described in the Consultant's July 29, 2020, proposal attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A, in the amount of $42,000.00, with work scheduled to commence on September 24, 2020, and scheduled to conclude on June 30, 2021, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement for same with said Consultant.
