Jones & Sons, Inc., Oakland, CA, to provide additional excavation for the pad, because during excavation an existing underground culvert was found requiring additional rebar at curbs and slate in conjunction with the 955 High Street Paving Project in the additional amount of $56,621.00, increasing the Agreement from $628,319.00 to $684,940.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.

All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
