14-0468 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 of the Individual Service Agreement (ISA) to the Master Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide additional services to enhance the current comprehensive After School Program that serves approximately 75 students daily, increasing program services utilizing Menu of Service Option C: Lead Agency Unit for Small High School for all students and families, in the additional amount of $17,440.00, increasing the ISA not to exceed amount from $166,029.00, to $183,469.00, for the period of July 1, 2013 through August 22, 2014, at Rudsdale Continuation High School. All other terms and conditions of the ISA remain in full force and effect.

14-0489 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Contract between the District and Adimu Madyun, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 100 hours of service to serve 5 to 10 middle school sites to conduct classroom and assembly anti-tobacco marijuana presentations, ATOD awareness sessions for students violating District tobacco drug-free policies, secession and life skills counseling and academic advocacy; partner with middle school site Coordination of Services Teams (COST) and administrators on tobacco, marijuana use referral and intervention process; and survey all program students, complete monthly reports, and attend all program meetings through the Family, School and Community Partnerships Department, for the period August 26, 2013 through June 6, 2014, in the additional amount of $3,500.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $31,500.00 to $35,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
