13-2548 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1 to Construction Contract with Ray's Electric, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide new attendance striping because the existing lines are faded; DSA require fencing behind the portables after bid; IOR, A/E and OUSD discussed a curb with yellow paint contract drawings had the AC imped into the existing basketball court in conjunction with the Piedmont Portable Installation Project in the additional amount of $9,876.00, increasing the Agreement from $139,700.00 to $149,576.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
