13-2545 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and ENGEO, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide testing to 1) collect one soil sample from existing stockpile generated from trenching operations; 2) conduct the following analytical laboratory testing, Organochorine pesticides (OPC's) by EPA Method 8081A and Title 22 Metals by EPA Method 6010B in conjunction with the Washington 'Sankofa' Portable Installation Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $2,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $36,600.00 to $38,500.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
