13-2504 Approval by the Board of Education of a Microsoft Volume Licensing - Campus and School Agreement with Microsoft Corporation via SHI, a Reseller, pursuant to terms and conditions thereof, for the purchase of a full suite of Microsoft productivity software and licensing for all schools and departments, including currently Windows 7 and 8 Professional, which allows authentication, security, and management with Active Directory and Systems Center; Microsoft Office, including currently Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher and Web Apps, for both Windows and Macintosh Operating Systems; Systems Center, for full management; and Forefront, virus protection, for a three year period, with effective date of Agreement being effective date of the first Enrollment or the date Microsoft accepts this Agreement, whichever is earlier, at a cost not to exceed$177,012.50 [$118,008.00 for 2013-14 School Year] per contract year.
