13-2008 Approval by the Board of Education of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the District and Planned Parenthood Mar Monte, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide medically accurate and age appropriate Puberty Education presentations to fifth grade elementary school students, materials for the use of engaging both students and parents, information nights to parent/guardians to answer questions, among other tasks, as described in the MOU, for the period of July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2016, at no cost to District.
