13-1855 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1 to Construction Contract with HUR Flooring Co., Canoga Park, CA, for the latter to furnish and install an additonal layer of 3/4" thick CDX SE plywood and 3/4" pads in lieu of 5/8" pads to accommodate existing slab in conjunction with the Lowell Middle School Modernization Project in the amount of $3,110.00, increasing the Agreement from $54,559.00 to $57,669.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
