13-1854 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement between District and KDI Consultants, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional Division of State Architect (DSA) inspection in conjunction with the Montclair New Classroom New Portables Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $48,900.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $203,400.00 to $252,300.00 and extending the Contract date of May 9, 2012 through January 12, 2014 to May 1, 2014. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
