13-1852 Approval by the Board of Education of Small Construction Contract between District and DFS, Foster City, CA, for the latter to provide flooring replacement and painting in the kitchen, in conjunction with the Prescott Elementary School Central Kitchen Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, with work to be completed within thirty (30) consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the District's Notice to Proceed, in an amount not to exceed $70,200.00.
