13-1939 Approval by the Board of Education of the Executive on Loan Agreement between District and the Urban Strategies Council, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide senior executives on loan to support various Business and Operations functions within the District, including human resources, financial services, auditing, accounting, and student assignment, for the period of July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014, pursuant to terms and conditions of said Agreement, in an amount not to exceed $225,000.00.
