12-1871 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Tao Shi, San Leandro, CA, for the latter to provide 217 hours of service to teach students musical techniques, note reading, proper phrasing of Chinese and other multicultural folksongs and orchestral music; provide instruction on the history of Chinese and Asian music and use music and songs to teach students about history as well as increase their literacy in History and Language Arts, at Lincoln Elementary School, for the period May 7, 2012 through June 18, 2012, in an amount not to exceed $6,500.00.
