12-2289 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement between the District and Connect Consulting Group, Kensington, CA, for the latter to provide interactive parliamentary procedure training including, among other things, making motions and the role of decorum; making amendments; using other subsidiary motions; effective meeting habits, and reconsideration as parliamentary procedure, to the Oakland Board of Education for the term August 22, 2012 through March 31, 2013, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00 in fees and not to exceed $500.00 in expenses during the term.
