12-2248 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement between the District and Marie Souza, Danville, CA, for the latter to continue to support the leadership team at Programs for Exceptional Children by supporting compliance with laws and regulations governing special education and the redesign of Programs for Exceptional Children (PEC) to children in alignment with the District's approved Strategic Plan, for the term commencing on July 1, 2012 and ending on June 30, 2013, in an amount not to exceed $75,000.00.
