12-0545 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No.2, Professional Services Contract between District and Star Elevator, San Carlos, CA, for the latter to revise, repair and adjust elevator components in conjunction with the Calvin Simmons Middle School Modernization Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $7,843.00 increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $50,952.00 to $58,795.00 and extending the contract period of December 1, 2008 through June 1, 2009 to December 31, 2012. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
