12-0544 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between District and Loving & Campos (LCA) Architects, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide plans to eliminate some administrative spaces after a large portion of the design was in place which prompted a redesign of the architectural base drawings and a complete recalculation of the structural analysis in conjunction with the Calvin Simmons Improvements and Career Tech Lab Project in an additional amount not to exceed $23,360.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $1,000,636.00 to $1,023,996.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
