12-0543 Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Contractor Agreement between District and Simplex Grinnell, Livermore, CA, for the latter to remove and discard existing water damaged wiring and devices, install new fire alarm system and test fire alarm system modifications in Building A in conjunction with the Claremont Middle School HVAC (Landscaping) Project for the period commencing upon execution of the Agreement by both parties and in accordance with the schedule included in Consultant's Proposal, Attachment "A," in an amount not to exceed in an amount not to exceed $54,342.25.
