12-0541 Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Consultant Agreement between District and Cor-O-Van, Pleasanton, CA, for the latter to provide moving services from the old Harper Building to the IT Department at the La Escalita Education Center, and for moving staff at Harper IT Department to Cole in conjunction with the Downtown Relocation Project for the period commencing upon execution of the Agreement by both parties and in accordance with the schedule included in Consultant's Proposal, Attachment "A," in an amount not to exceed $79,052.00.
