12-0465 Approval by the Board of Education of Standard Agreement - Subvention - Vocational Rehabilitation Third Party Cooperative/Case Agreement - Transition Partnership Program - between District and California State Department of Rehabilitation, for the latter's provision of vocational rehabilitation services to pupils with severe disabilities at six of District's comprehensive high schools, accepting maximum grant amount of $1,123,575.00, with a certified expenditure of $844,578.00, for the period July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2015 and authorizing Sharon W. Casanares, Executive Director, Programs for Exceptional Children, as agent, as specified herein.
