U.-5 24-0941 Approval by the Board of Education of a General Services Agreement by and between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide consulting services overseeing the Climate Corps Fellowship Program, focused on generating student interest and maintaining student engagement in OUSD's Climate action work, described in Proposal attached as Exhibit A to this Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the Energy Operations & Maintenance Project, in the not-to-exceed amount of $28,000.00, with the work scheduled to commence on May 9, 2024, and scheduled to last until December 31, 2024.
