P1.-1 20-1405 Approval by the Board of Education of General Services Agreement between District and Colbi Technologies, Tustin, CA, for the latter to provide software services for the District, including phone support, online support, Account-Ability and Colbi Docs software, the latter configured with templates that incorporate customer's workflow for construction control processes; provide spring and fall workshops and administrative training, each service more specifically described in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the Facilities Planning & Management Project, in the amount of $210,000.00, which includes a contingency of $8,000 for travel reimbursement & data integration services @ $100/hour, as the selected consultant, with work scheduled to commence on August 27, 2020, and scheduled to last through June 30, 2022, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement for same with said Consultant.
