P1.-1 20-1017 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 3, Independent Consultant Agreement for Inspector of Record (IOR) services between the District and Anthonio, Inc., Oakland CA, for the latter to provide additional inspection, testing and inspector of record services at an additional cost not to exceed $10,000.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $50,160.00 to $60,160.00; extending time of the Agreement from July 7, 2018 through April 30, 2020 to August 1, 2020, authorize the President and Secretary of the Board to sign said Amendment, for the Fruitvale Elementary School Fire and Intrusion Alarm Replacement Project. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
