15-2263 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Standard Agreement - No. 29133 - between District and California Department of Rehabilitation, for providing case management, benefits counseling, parent education and advocacy training, career and work-based learning experiences to improve the education and employment outcomes for children 14 to 16, and their parents, resident within the District, who are Social Security recipients, through Programs for Exceptional Children, as stated in said Amendment, effective December 1, 2013, reducing the maximum award of Agreement from $676,083.00 to $ $625,041.00, for the term December 1, 2013 through September 30, 2016. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
