15-0278 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Peacemakers, Inc., San Leandro, CA, for the latter to provide academic and social emotional mentoring and tutoring to vulnerable students in order to improve achievement in the areas of reading and study skills, increase student's time on task and support learning goals, support with coordination of services, home visits, and necessary resources to improve student achievement for many students who are highly impacted so they develop habits of mind that develop grade level proficiency and close the achievement gap, at Community United Elementary School, for the term of January 5, 2015 through June 12, 2015, at a cost not to exceed $16,000.00.
