15-0425 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Independent Consultant Agreement between District and Terraphase Engineering, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to take an additional ten (10) shallow soil samples to be tested for leachable lead and total petroleum hydrocarbons in conjunction with the Foster Center Commissary Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $8,190.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $129,613.00 to $137,803.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
